Project Information
Leaking Roof Repair & Refurbishment – Coalpit Heath, Bristol
This roof had deteriorated felt and roof battens, with holes in the existing felt allowing water to enter. The roof was stripped back and refurbished with new breathable membrane felt, treated timber battens and a new dry ridge system. Deteriorated roof tiles were also replaced.
The property has two pitched roof sections meeting at a central lead valley, which channels rainwater away from the roof.
